4 weeks old

Oh my, I really cannot fathom where the past month has flown. And it's not like we had anything like the sort of busy holiday that most people have. Puppies was pretty much all we did, apart from the occasional festive tipple with a friend or two. Just now and again, you understand.

Nevertheless, somehow the puppies have grown from tiny undistinguished mammals, through wiggling guinea pigs, then little dogs until now they are identifiably little Finnish Lapphunds. Their tails go up when they walk, they are growing more fluffy by the day, they are chunky little imps and they are learning to yap. Yes, well, some things come a little too naturally.

Here come the 4-week-old photos. Unfortunately we ran out of time this morning when the light was good, so these were taken in the evening with a flash. Not ideal, but - alas - the best we could manage today. As you will see, these puppies are no better at standing nicely for the camera than any of our litters before them.
